Shipping Policy

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use the India post Registered Airmail service for all our international shipping. This service is provided by the Indian Postal department in association with the postal departments of other countries. They have a wide network and is one of the best.

Note : This is a economical service and a snail mail, tracking is available only to a few locations and varies from Country to Country, for Eg. most European countries support end to end tracking. US Posts does not support this.

A package will take anytime between 3-6 weeks to show up at your doorstep, once shipped by us.

We ship worldwide and assure you that due care would be taken to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, in case there is some delay for some unforeseen reasons like customs, service delays, natural calamities etc, we assure you all support to follow-up and ensure delivery.

Also, in case of any unforeseen reason the Item does not reach you or is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of cost. Its our assurance.

In case you have a preferred service provider we will be glad to send you the pen with them, provided they have an office in Chennai city (Our Head office Location), the differential costs applicable in such cases, will be borne by customer.

We have tie-up with DHL and UPS. These are premium express service providers and typically cost 25USD to 40USD over the rate of Registered Airmail shipping.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most of our shipments will be shipped via India Post Speed post (Premium) service. We also use services of ST Courier, DTDC or Blue Dart, based on certain locations. All shipments are guaranteed to reach you in a week's time from shipping date.

We work towards giving our customers best of experience for shipping. We will share all details once shipped.
