About The Brand
ASA Pens is a quintessential fountain pen brand built on two things as it’s foundation - passionate craftsmanship and high quality materials. All of our pens are handcrafted and proudly made in India.
As a brand we embrace the philosophy of slow living. In a world of disposable products, our fountain pens offer a more mindful way of writing. Fountain pens not only enrich the writing experience but also encourage a more sustainable lifestyle by reducing single-use plastic waste.
ASA Pens is a family-run business led by founder - L. Subramaniam (alias Anand), his wife Aparnaa Subramaniam, and daughter Shruti Subramaniam. Hence the name “ASA” derived from the first letters of our names. Together, we work to create writing instruments that are both beautiful and dependable.
After almost two decades in the service industry, we chose to chanel our experience into building our own enterprise. While fountain pens have always undoubtedly been our passion, service orientation is our pride.
What began in 2012 as a small venture distributing fountain pens from established brands, has evolved into a respected brand handcrafting upto 200-400 pens of it’s own per month.
Today, we, ASA Pens, are trusted by customers in 82+ countries, thus facilitating fine writing across the globe with our eco-conciously made fountain pens.
