Ordering :

We have a simple and easy to use checkout process. Always check your Delivery Address, email & contact details before checking out. Ensure that you get an order no before exiting.

Payment :

1. International customers :

We Use PayPal for all payments. However, customers need not be registered with PayPal to make payments; you can still make a payment with all major credit cards. While making payments, you will be directed to a secured PayPal site and then you would be redirected back to asapens.in , please ensure the process is completed and you are redirected back fully for successful payments. We will process your orders only after confirmation of completed payments.

2. Indian Customers :

We use Razorpay and PhonePe as our payment gateway partner. Customers can use Debit Card, Credit Card & Net Banking. They can also do net transfer vide NEFT etc or Pay by Cheque, Pay by Demand Draft or Money Order. We request you to get in touch with us for further information via Contact Us.

Transactions :

In Indian Rupees can be delivered only in India. If your Billing Address and / or Delivery Address is situated outside India then use a currency other than Indian Rupees

Shipping :

We will ship your products by India post Registered Airmail service for all international shipping. For all shipping within India we use Indiapost Speedpost, Bluedart, DTDC or ST courier. For further details please read our page on Shipping Policy.

Warrenty and Repairs :

All our products come with a warranty of one year from the date of purchase.

We ensure that every product which leaves our stores are thoroughly checked & tested. We are sure you will not find a reason to complain.

  • However, on rare cases if you receive a product with any manufacturing defect, you can return it to us during warranty, we will replace/repair it free of cost.
  • If any manufacturing defect is discovered on your purchase from us within its warranty period and we are unable to replace or repair the product due to circumstances outside our control, we undertake to replace your purchase with a substitute item with a value equal to your original purchase.

Repairs required after the warranty period can be carried out for a nominal service fee, depending on the nature of the issue.

Returns :

In case you are not satisfied with the product or for some reason you want to return the product, you can return it to us within 3 days of delivery. The product has to be unused/uninked and the packaging , with all tags should be intact. We will be happy to refund you the amount after deduction of shipping charges and re-stocking fees of Rs.200/- for Indian customers and $10 for international customers.
